We provide free hotel pickup and drop-off
for all programs within Chiang Mai city. Our sanctuary is in Mae Taeng District, about 1 hour
from the city center.
What should I bring?
Bring sunscreen, a change of clothes (you
may get wet!), a towel, and comfortable shoes. We provide traditional Karen shirts.
Is there an age limit?
Children of all ages are welcome! Young
children should be accompanied by a parent. We have family-friendly activities.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes! Free cancellation or rescheduling
available up to 24 hours before your visit. Just email or call us.
Do you ride the elephants?
Absolutely not. We are an ethical,
no-riding sanctuary. All interactions are on the elephants' terms.
Do you accept group bookings?
Yes! For groups of 10+ people, contact us
